Nancy Nguyen

Nancy Nguyen is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and operational support for the Department of State. Currently serving as Queue Manager at Protelligent, Inc. since November 2016, Nancy has previously held multiple roles at DMI (Digital Management, LLC) from July 2012 to November 2016, including Performance and Queue Manager, Budget and Compliance Manager, and Project Controller. Prior to that, Nancy worked as a Project Controller and PMO Analyst at Pragmatics, Inc. from June 2010 to July 2012, supporting the Vanguard 1.0 program. Earlier experience includes a role as Program Administrator at DataDirect Networks, Inc., and an internship at USDA. Nancy holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
