Lindsay Fromm (Klein)

Lindsay Fromm (Klein) has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Beginning their career in 1997 as a pharmacy tech at CVS Pharmacy, they went on to become a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor at Lutheran Hospital from 2005 to 2014. During this time, they also served as an Operations Analyst/Lean Facilitator.

In 2016, Lindsay joined Pharmacytrainer Inc as an instructor, where they trained potential technicians to complete their PTCB exam. Lindsay concurrently worked at Parkview Health as a Pharmacy Compliance Officer, overseeing Pharmacy Diversion and Compliance and implementing a diversion analytics program. Lindsay'stenure at Parkview Health lasted from 2016 to 2022.

Lindsay's most recent role is as a Customer Success Manager at Protenus, a position they took on in 2022. With this experience, Lindsay has developed a strong skill set in pharmacy operations, compliance, training, and customer success management.

Lindsay Fromm (Klein) holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Integrated healthcare management from WGU Indiana, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Prior to their master's degree, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Lean six sigma black belt certification from Purdue University in 2013. Additionally, Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General from Purdue University, which they completed between 1998 and 2003. Lindsay has also obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in December 2022.
