Ryan Pettaway

Ryan Pettaway is an experienced security professional with a strong background in cloud security and engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Security Engineer at Protenus, Ryan has previously held the position of Senior Cloud Security Engineer at VMware, following roles as a Cloud Security Engineer and DevOps and Support Engineer at CloudHealth by VMware. Ryan began their career in desktop support at SunEdison and First Wind. Ryan's educational background includes pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Network Systems and Information System Security at Boston University, along with an Associate of Science degree from ITT Technical Institute.
