As the Production Director at Proteon Pharmaceuticals, Arkadiusz supervises the biotechnology team of Phage Products and Autovaccines Departments, where he has successfully built up a pilot-scale phage product manufacturing line from the foundation and he is currently developing full-scale production using breakthrough proprietary technology. Arkadiusz is qualified in optimization of phage-related bioprocess and scale-up operations and is a proficient, dedicated and quality-oriented manager who supports a dynamic, innovative and positive work environment.
