Panagiotis Koufogiannis

Panagiotis Koufogiannis has been working at Protera since 2012. Panagiotis initially started as a SAP Appcare Specialist and then transitioned into the role of SAP BASIS Lead, AppCare Operations. In this position, they are responsible for SAP migrations, new methodologies, and platforms, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. Panagiotis also manages a team of SAP BASIS resources and serves as the technical escalation point for SAP and database troubleshooting. Panagiotis has been leading the AppCare Operations at Protera since 2016.

Panagiotis Koufogiannis received a Bachelor of Computer Science and Technology degree from the University of Peloponnese - Department of Computer Science and Technology in 2010. In 2012, they obtained a Master of Science in Business Systems Integration (with SAP Technology) from Brunel University London. Panagiotis also holds a certification as a SAP Certified Business Associate with SAP ERP 6.0, obtained in 2012 from SAP.
