Amy Dumas Pickles has a diverse work experience in various industries. Amy started their career in 2000 as a Marketing role at LINLEY. Amy then worked at BBC in 2003 as a Publicity role. Following this, they joined Kinneir Dufort in 2004 where they worked in Marketing and Research. In 2008, they became the Head of Marketing Research at Arab Media Group. Amy then moved to Arabian Radio Network in 2009 as the Head of Research until 2013. Amy joined GfK in 2013 as an Account Director, and later worked at Arabian Radio Network again from 2014-2017 as a Senior Manager Projects & Innovation. In 2017, they became the Chief Marketing Officer at Health at Hand healthcare until 2018. In 2019, Amy worked as a Consultant at Kite Partners, and is currently working as the Chief Marketing Officer at Proteus.

Amy Dumas Pickles attended Sherborne School for Girls from 1992 to 1996, where they earned A Levels in French, History, and Latin, achieving grades of AAB. Amy then went on to study at Durham University from 1997 to 2000, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Ancient History/ Archaeology, earning a 1st Class Honours.
