Thomas Ransome

Thomas Ransome is currently serving as the Early Careers and Development Lead at the National Composites Centre since April 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas was a Client Manager at CMSourcing from January 2023 to April 2023. With a significant background in the Royal Navy, Thomas held various positions over a decade, including Branch Mentor, Capability Advisor, Development Manager, Instructor, Training Programme Manager, and Aircraft Controller. Earlier in their career, Thomas worked as a Customer Service Specialist at WNS Assistance in 2011. Educationally, Thomas graduated with a degree in Geography from The University of Manchester in 2010, after attending Farlingaye High School from 2000 to 2007.
