Andy C. has an extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Andy is currently the Director of Technical Operations & External Manufacturing at Prothena Corporation plc since March 2023. Andy also held positions at MSD as a Drug Substance Senior Specialist MS&T from July 2018 to January 2020, at Regeneron as a Drug Product External Manufacturing Manager (CMO) from October 2016 to July 2018, at Endo International plc as a Drug Product Technical Services Manager (CMO) from June 2015 to October 2016, at Amgen as a Drug Product Technical Transfer Lead (Contract position) from August 2014 to June 2015, at Johnson & Johnson as a Drug Product Operations Specialist (Contract position) from December 2013 to August 2014, and at Pfizer as a Drug Substance Manufacturing Supervisor from June 2005 to December 2013.

Andy C. has a diverse education history. In 1999, they started pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering at Technological University Dublin, which they completed in 2004. Andy then furthered their education by enrolling at Technological University Dublin again in 2010 and 2011, where they obtained a Master of Pharmaceutical Science degree with first-class honors.

In 2021, Andy attended APICS Northern Colorado and completed a certification program in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Andy obtained the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation from APICS.
