Caroline Znaniec

Caroline Znaniec, MBA, MS-HCA, CRIP, CRCR, currently serves as Managing Director of Healthcare Business Performance Improvement and Provider Operations Solutions Leader at Protiviti since January 2022. Caroline is an active member of the National Certification Committee for AAHAM and chairs the Social Media Committee for HFMA Maryland. Additionally, Caroline is an Advisory Board Member for Hcpro and previously held the role of Managing Director at CohnReznick LLP, leading healthcare advisory and strategy efforts. Prior experience includes founding Luna Healthcare Advisors LLC and serving as Revenue Integrity Lead at Grant Thornton LLP and Navigant, focusing on charge integrity and compliance in healthcare. Caroline holds multiple degrees in health care administration and corporate health fitness.
