Curtis Hicks, MBA, CRCM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk and compliance across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Senior Manager in the Risk and Compliance Practice at Protiviti since October 2020, Curtis previously held significant roles at U.S. Bank, where the focus was on Fair and Responsible Banking Risk Assessments, and at Bank of America, where responsibilities included corporate compliance and business control strategic initiatives. Curtis began a career in the financial sector at Norwest Financial, culminating in leadership positions such as President of The Millennium Group VI Mortgage Company. Curtis holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a B.S. in Finance/Management from the University of South Carolina.
