Mark Highton

Mark Highton is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in financial crime compliance consulting and operational management. Currently serving as the Global Leader for Financial Crime Compliance Consulting at Protiviti since September 2020, Mark previously held significant roles at PwC, including Senior Managing Director and Senior Director, from June 2010 to September 2020. Prior to that, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer at Eastern Consortium LLC, focusing on transforming the company into a leading sports services provider in the Northeast. Mark's earlier career at Citigroup spanned over two decades in various executive management roles, including Global Process Head for Finance and Service Delivery Director for Citigroup Business Services, where responsibilities included driving global process reengineering and transforming HR operations across multiple regions. Mark holds a BA Hons in Economics and Accounting from the University of Liverpool.
