Shaikh Firdaous

Shaikh Firdaous is an accomplished Senior Agronomist at Proto9 Materials, with extensive experience in leading RBD farm trials and coordinating cross-functional teams in the realm of nano fertilizers and biostimulants across India. Previously, Shaikh served as the R&D Operations Head at Gubba Cold Storage Ltd., overseeing field trials and seed quality testing while managing diverse teams for product development. As Technical Manager for Agriculture at Deshpande Foundation, responsibilities included managing agronomical trials and analyzing data related to sustainable practices. Early career experiences include roles at Corteva Agriscience, ICAR-IIRR, Nandan Cleantec Industries Ltd., and Central Institute For Cotton Research, where Shaikh focused on genetic research, tissue culture, and agronomic experimentation. Shaikh holds an MSc in Agriculture from Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Agricultural University and a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth.
