Aarsh Shah

Aarsh Shah has a diverse background in software engineering and blockchain technology, currently serving as a Protocol Engineer at Protocol Labs since 2020, focusing on creating a faster, content-addressed, peer-to-peer Internet. Prior experience includes a role as a Blockchain Engineer at Fission from December 2018 to December 2019, where responsibilities involved developing a high-performance, scalable, and secure permissionless blockchain. Aarsh Shah also contributed to Morgan Stanley from January 2015 to August 2018 as a Software Engineer specializing in Equity Derivatives Pre-Trade Technology, following an internship in the Data Engineering Team at the same company in early 2014. Additionally, during the summer of 2013, Aarsh Shah participated in Google Summer of Code, where implementation of DFR algorithms for the Xapian open-source Information Retrieval library was completed.
