Mastura Mohd Noor

Mastura Mohd Noor has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Chief Legal Counsel at Proton since 2018 and as Legal Manager at DRB-HICOM BHD since January 2009, providing legal counsel for operational matters across a group of companies and projects. Previously, Mastura held the position of Legal Assistant at Hisham Sobri & Kadir from September 2000 to July 2007, focusing on corporate exercises including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and due diligence. Mastura holds an LLB (Hons.) Degree in Law from Anglia Ruskin University and a Certificate of Legal Practice from Universiti Malaya.
