Michael Stelzig

Michael Stelzig is a seasoned technical manager currently leading the technical engineering department at Proton Motor Fuel Cell GmbH since April 2021, overseeing a team of over 20 employees and driving the implementation of the technical product roadmap. Prior experience includes serving as project lead for complex electronic systems at TQ-Systems GmbH, with a focus on the aviation industry, and managing the development of hybrid battery power systems at Heliocentris Energy Solutions AG. Michael's career began at P21 GmbH, where responsibilities included designing hybrid power systems and testing fuel cell technologies. Education was completed with a degree in Engineering Physics from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences.
