Mike Tilton

Mike Tilton has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing and engineering industries. Mike is currently the Director of Operations at NH Prototek, a company specializing in rapid prototyping and low-volume production. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Supply Chain at the same company.

Before joining Prototek, Tilton worked as the Head of Operations & Engineering at XACT TECH INC., also known as Comstock Industries. Mike gained experience in new product development engineering at Ruger Firearms from 2012 to 2018.

Tilton's earlier roles include working as a Manufacturing Consultant at FTM Services, as well as being the VP/Operations Manager at Vitex Extrusion and the Principal Owner of Full Tilt Machine. Mike also held the position of Co-Owner/General Manager at Prototek Manufacturing.

Mike'scareer began at Labsphere, Inc. as a Machine Shop Supervisor, followed by a role as Machine Shop Supervisor at Wyman Gordon. Overall, Tilton has a strong background in operations, engineering, and manufacturing management.

Mike Tilton has an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lakes Region Community College. Mike also studied Machine Tool Technology at NHTI.
