Robert Boynton

Help Desk Manager at prototype:IT

Robert Boynton has been in the IT industry since 2007. Robert began as a Remote Dealer Results Manager at Dealertrack Technologies. In 2011, they took on two roles as a Service Desk Tech, one at Dell and one at CompuCom. In 2015, they were a Service Desk Technician at HCL Technologies and a Senior Service Desk Analyst at Southwest Airlines (Contractor through Make Corporation). In 2016, they were a Senior Service Desk Tech at Presidio. Since 2017, they have been a Customer Service Engineer and Asst. Help Desk Supervisor at Prototype IT, where they have trained over 25 new hires. Robert is proficient in Office365 Administration, Proofpoint, Intermedia, and AzureAD sync.

Robert Boynton obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Northwood University in 2002. In 2015, they received an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT. In 2020, they obtained Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from both Pearson and Microsoft.
