Annie Trupke

Annie Trupke is currently the Happiness Hero Team Leader at ProTrainings. Annie has been with the company since March 2019 and in this role, they are responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives. Prior to this, they were a Customer Solutions Specialist with ProTrainings from July 2018 to March 2019. Before that, they were an Operations Coordinator with GROW from January 2018 to July 2018. Annie began their career as an Assistant Manager with Corridor Coffee from May 2013 to October 2017.

Annie Trupke reports to Ken Trupke, President. Annie Trupke works with Roy Shaw - EMT-P, Lead Instructor, Co-Founder, Tyler Accardi - Director of Marketing, and Leland Clark - Controller. Ignacio Palomino - Customer Happiness Hero, Alma Cervantes - Customer Happiness Hero, and Tina Burley - Customer Happiness Hero report to Annie Trupke.
