Donna Wilson

Donna Wilson is currently the Compliance & Accreditation Manager at ProTrainings. Donna has been with ProTrainings since January 2015, previously serving as the Customer Solutions Manager.

Donna is responsible for creating more streamlined processes, troubleshooting, providing continual training and direction, and supporting the culture and mission of the company. Donna is also an encourager of the motivated team of individuals that share the opportunity to gain the life-saving knowledge of performing CPR.

Before joining ProTrainings, Donna worked in customer service and management for over 10 years. Donna’s experience and dedication to their work has helped ProTrainings become a leading provider of CPR and First Aid training programs.

They work with Annie Trupke - Happiness Hero Team Leader, Tim Bugai - Director of Engineering, and Roy Shaw - EMT-P, Lead Instructor, Co-Founder. Their manager is Ken Trupke, President.
