Reid Takken

Reid Takken is a software architect at ProTrainings. Reid previously worked as an enterprise architect at Service Express from August 2018 to April 2022. Prior to that, they were an application developer at Custom Business Solutions, Inc. from March 2017 to August 2018, where they worked on ASP.NET WebAPI, NET Core, and AngularJS/Vue/Angular. From April 2016 to March 2017, they were a software engineer at Modustri, where they were the lead engineer and worked on EmberJS & Rails API, front-end & backend unit testing, continuous integration testing, AWS server administration, GitHub administration, and Heroku administration. Reid has also worked as a web application developer at Spectrum Health from September 2014 to April 2016, where they worked closely with a small development team in an agile environment to create and update custom internal and external web applications. Reid Takken is fluent in EmberJs/JQuery/Javascript/Rails and has experience with Postgres, SublimeText, Microsoft Visual Studio, and WebStorm.

Reid Takken received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Grand Valley State University. They are also certified by Sitecore as a Professional Developer, and by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Agile ScrumMaster.
