Matt Solomon

Matt Solomon is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in travel, real estate, and sales. Currently serving as the Managing Director at The TravelWell Group since May 2024, Matt leads a team of six travel advisors, providing problem-solving and sales coaching. Previously, Matt held positions as a Travel Sales Consultant at Protravel International and as a Team Commercial Broker at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, where Matt led commercial transactions for the Ivan Estrada Properties team. Matt's extensive experience also includes a Vice President role at RSE, Inc., managing operations for RSE Modern Design and RSE Asset Management, and an Associate position at Lee & Associates, focusing on creative office leasing and property management. Earlier career roles include Sales Representative at Acorn Paper Products and Senior Men's Stylist at Nordstrom, where Matt excelled in client relations and high-revenue sales. Matt holds a B.A. in Business Law from Loyola Marymount University, complemented by a high school diploma from The Buckley School.
