Rachel O’Neill Cresta

Rachel O. has extensive experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as the ACE Vending Service Coordinator at AmeriGas since October 2018, where responsibilities include providing support for automated vending machine services and coordinating warranty service with manufacturers and service technicians. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of ACE License & Permitting Specialist, focused on evaluating site plans for compliance and managing the permitting process with various entities. At TCG Document Solutions, Rachel worked as the Copy Center Manager, overseeing all aspects of printing assignments for UGI Corporation and AmeriGas, and served as a Logistics Specialist Intern with the US Navy, where statistical information was compiled to support financial reporting. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and is pursuing a Master's degree in Criminal Justice at West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
