Wesley Willis

Wesley Willis is an experienced Engagement Manager currently working at Proudfoot since October 2023, following a role as Change Program Director at Enlighten Operational Excellence from July 2020 to July 2023, where leadership coaching and organizational effectiveness were prioritized. Previous experiences at Proudfoot include managing client relationships and delivering consulting services aimed at driving business growth, as well as serving as Senior Consultant, leading process redesigns and digital transformations for Fortune 500 companies. Wesley also held positions with the WNBA Atlanta Dream and Miami Heat, developing expertise in sales and account management. Wesley earned a Master's degree in Education from the University of Miami and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Morehouse College.
