Ronald Sandridge M.A, ABA serves as the Lead Recruiter for Proud Moments ABA in the Maryland region since August 2020. Previously, Ronald was the Developmental Training Director at Rimland Services NFP and gained managerial experience at McDonald's. Academic credentials include a PhD in General Psychology from Capella University and multiple degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
