Guillaume Toussaint

In 2007, Guillaume Toussaint began their career at Valeo as a Continuous Improvement Engineer. Guillaume analyzed and improved production line flows and optimized working instructions on assembly lines. Guillaume then joined Groupe Chantelle Lingerie in 2010, where they held multiple roles including Logistic Manager, Flow and Process Manager, and Asia Supply Chain Manager. In these roles, they optimized factory flows, reduced costs, implemented innovation actions, and improved work-in-process reduction. In 2018, they became the Logistic Center Director and APAC & Europe Supply Chain Manager, overseeing procurement, purchase, import/export flows, warehousing, and logistics. Additionally, they developed the purchasing department and increased Asian sourcing. After leaving Groupe Chantelle Lingerie in 2021, Toussaint joined Faurecia as the Plant PC&L Manager, responsible for sales administration, procurement, production planning, and warehouse organization. In 2022, they joined Naïo Technologies as the Supply Chain Director, overseeing supply chain operations until at least 2023. In the same year, they will also become the Director of Operations APAC at PROVA.

Guillaume Toussaint pursued their education at Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Physics Measurements. Following this, from 2005 to 2009, they attended ECAM Rennes – Louis de Broglie, where they earned an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering.
