Gouranga Chakraborty

Gouranga Chakraborty is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the travel management sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for APAC & ME at Reed & Mackay since August 2021, Gouranga has successfully developed and implemented operational strategies that enhance standardization and drive process improvements. Prior to this role, Gouranga held various positions at Hala Travel Management, including Strategic Operations Director and Head of Operations, where significant contributions were made to overall operations and major project implementations. Earlier experience includes roles at BCD Travel as a Training Specialist and Corporate Travel Consultant. Gouranga holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Workforce Development and Training from the Indian Academy School Of Management Studies.
