Lauren Rezayat

Lauren Rezayat is the current Director of Employment Services at PROVAIL. Lauren has been with the company since June 2016, starting as the Quality Assurance Coordinator. In April 2017, they were promoted to Program Manager, where they supervised a team of ten consultants who supported individuals with developmental disabilities to secure gainful employment in their communities. Lauren remained in this position until May 2019, when they were promoted to their current role.

Lauren Rezayat has a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education/Special Education and Teaching from Marist College.

Lauren Rezayat reports to Michael Hatzenbeler, President & CEO. Lauren Rezayat works with Amal Grabinski - Director, Community Living, Melanie Munoz-Solomon - Executive Assistant, and Hilary Cahill - HR Director.
