Summer Duncan Korst

Summer Duncan Korst currently serves as the Chief People Officer at PROVAIL, leading all aspects of Human Resources and focusing on workforce growth and well-being. Prior to this role, Summer held the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at Highline College, advising on organizational development and employee relations. Experience also includes serving as the Director of Human Resources, Equity, and Engagement at the University of Washington School of Law, and as HR Manager for the College of Engineering at the University of Washington. An educational background includes a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ceramics from the same institution.
