Lisa Lee

Lisa Lee has over 16 years of experience in human resources. Lisa is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Provar since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of VP Global HR at Provar starting from April 2022. Before joining Provar, Lisa was the Global Head of HR at Linnworks from September 2019 to April 2022. Lisa also worked as an HRBP EMEA at Aptum from October 2018 to September 2019.

From 2014 to 2018, Lisa held multiple roles at Affinion, including HR Business Partner - Global IT and Senior HR Manager. Lisa was a Senior HR Manager at Affinion Group from October 2016 to September 2017. Lisa also gained experience as a Group HR Manager at Britten-Norman Group from January 2014 to May 2014.

Earlier in their career, Lisa worked as an HR Business Partner at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association from April 2011 to January 2014. Lisa led the HR team through a period of organization-wide redesign and restructuring during their tenure. Lisa also served as an Interim Professional Services Manager at Hampshire County Council from January 2011 to April 2011.

In addition, Lisa worked as an HR Business Partner at QinetiQ from November 2007 to December 2010. Lisa'sresponsibilities at QinetiQ included leading HR teams from 4 Consortium Companies on TUPE and ER aspects of the bid for the Defence Training Rationalization project. Prior to QinetiQ, Lisa was an HR Consultant at Zurich Insurance from October 2005 to October 2007. Lisa'srole involved transforming the HR Service Centre and employee relations framework, providing senior level HR advice, managing tribunal casework, conducting change management initiatives, and delivering people management training.

Throughout their career, Lisa Lee has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions and has played key roles in organizational transformations, team management, and project leadership.

Lisa Lee completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Portsmouth, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they graduated from the same university with a degree in CIPD HRM, specializing in HR, during the years 1995 to 1997.
