Camille Josse Fox is a seasoned flavorist with extensive experience in the flavor and food technology industry. Currently serving as a Senior Flavorist at PROVA US since January 2022, Camille previously held the position of Certified Flavor Chemist at Callisons from July 2019 to January 2022. Prior experience includes multiple roles at MANE from February 2007 to September 2018, focusing on sweet goods and encapsulation technologies. Earlier professional experience includes a role as Process Improvement Engineer at Biscuiterie confiserie du tech and a Quality Assistant position at Pierre Fabre Group. Camille holds an Engineer's degree in Chemical Engineering from IMT Mines Albi and studied Food Science and Technology at Université Laval. A strong academic foundation was established with a High School Diploma in Physics from Notre Dame de Bon Secours and completion of the Arago Preparatory Program for Engineering Schools.
