Darcie Salazar, MSHRD, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and business partnering. Currently serving as Senior Manager, People Partner at Prove since April 2023, Darcie has previously held significant roles at The Trade Desk as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner, as well as at Zovio in various capacities, including HR Business Partner and Employee Relations roles. Prior experience includes positions at Bridgepoint Education, Ludvik Electric, the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, and Legal Index Services. Darcie holds a Master’s degree in Education and Human Resource Studies from Colorado State University, along with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Computer Information Systems from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
