Josh Owens, MHR, SHRM-CP

Josh Owens, MHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People Operations Partner at Prove, where responsibilities include supporting HR system implementation, managing onboarding processes, and driving employee data updates for a global workforce of over 300 employees. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Rollins College, where Josh managed the Student Employment program, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for a workforce of 700-800 part-time employees. Extensive background in HR, program management, and career counseling is complemented by a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Rollins College and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Florida State University.
