Sarah Tilloo

Sarah Tilloo currently serves as the Curriculum Development Director at Prove, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah held multiple positions at Sterling, including Sr. Manager of Field Enablement and Sales Enablement Program Manager, from January 2021 to May 2022. Sarah's earlier experience at Republic Services spanned from June 2011 to April 2019, where responsibilities included Division Sales Manager, Division Sales Supervisor, and Manager of Sales Initiatives. Notably, Sarah designed and implemented training programs that contributed to a 6% increase in regional sales growth in one year. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration with a concentration in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2011 and 2013.
