Sudhir Bagga is an accomplished tax and treasury executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Tax and Treasury at Prove Identity Inc since June 2021. Previously, Sudhir held the position of Global Head of Tax at Rivian and served as a Senior Director Global Tax Leader at Avaya. Sudhir's career includes significant roles as Senior Vice President of Global Tax at Alere Inc., Vice President of Global Tax at Dow Jones, and Senior Director Global Tax Leader at MeadWestvaco. Sudhir began professional career at KPMG, where multiple positions were held from 1998 to 2005. Sudhir holds a Master's degree in Taxation from The University of Toledo, an MBA in Finance from the University of Arkansas, and completed the Organizational Leadership program at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2014.
