Damien Perriman

Damien Perriman serves as the Chief Business Development Officer at Gevo, Inc. since February 2024. Additionally, Damien is a member of the Board of Directors at CELLUGY® and an advisor at Provectus Algae and Cybele Microbiome. From December 2010 to February 2024, Damien held the position of Senior Vice President for Specialty Products at Genomatica, focusing on biobased ingredients and business profitability. Prior roles include Vice President of Business Development at both Genomatica and Verdezyne, Inc., and Senior Options Development Leader at The Dow Chemical Company. Earlier in the career, Damien served as Deputy Commissioner for the Queensland Government Trade & Investment Office in the Americas and as Technical Sales Manager at Mirotone. Damien holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Industrial Chemistry from UNSW.
