Currently serving as Managing Director and People & Culture Strategist at All of You since July 2015, Vanessa focuses on fostering environments that enhance creativity and productivity. Previously, Vanessa worked as a Leadership Capability Expert at ChangeFit, addressing the challenges leaders face amid rapid change. Vanessa authored "Do Less, BE More", providing practical guidance for aspiring leaders. Additionally, as Convenor and Facilitator of HR Leaders Around The Table, Vanessa offers unique professional development and networking opportunities for HR professionals. Vanessa's past roles include General Manager of People & Culture at the National Rugby League, General Manager of Human Resources at Staging Connections, Director of Talent, Learning & Development at McDonald's, and Human Resources Relationship Manager at Vero.
