Helen Johnson is an accomplished executive and advisor with extensive experience in financial services, compliance, and emerging technologies. Currently serving as an Executive Advisor at Provectus since February 2025, Helen guides boards and C-suite leaders in leveraging AI/ML and innovative technologies for organizational transformation. Prior roles include Chief Technology Officer at COMPLY and Data Dynamics, and leadership positions at AIG, where Helen developed strategic data governance and risk management systems. Helen's expertise also encompasses significant advisory roles at Sorcero and Wallaroo Labs, as well as a formative tenure as Global Technical Director at Thomson Reuters Eikon.
