Liubov L.

Liubov L. has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and business analysis. Liubov has recently worked as a Senior Project Manager at Proven Optics since March 2023. Prior to that, they were a Technical Project Manager at ICF from October 2022 to February 2023. From October 2020 to September 2022, they served as a Senior IT Business Analyst/Project Manager at LEIDIT.

In addition, Liubov worked as a Business System Analyst at Salvator Management LLC from January 2020 to May 2020. In this role, they collaborated with developers, testers, and end users to ensure technical compatibility. Liubov also mapped and documented interfaces between legacy and newer systems and developed solutions for existing products and systems.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Business Analyst at the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees from August 2011 to February 2017. In this role, they elicited requirements through various methods, prepared diagrams and charts, and reviewed and helped build new system components for the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene of Maryland.

Liubov L. started their education journey in 2015, attending the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Liubov pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from 2015 to 2019.

Following their undergraduate studies, Liubov focused on obtaining additional certifications. In February 2018, they became a certified Quality Assurance Tester from George Mason University. Later, in December 2020, they obtained the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification from ServiceNow. Additionally, in May 2021, they acquired the Agile and Test Management Implementation certification from ServiceNow.

Currently, Liubov is enrolled at the University of Maryland Global Campus where they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Liubov started their MBA program in 2021 and is expected to complete it in 2022.
