Anthony DeAngelis, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR

Anthony DeAngelis, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources. Anthony began their career in 2004 as a Benefits Consultant for Aon Hewitt, where they were a Top Box award winner. In 2006, they became a Compensation Benefits Analyst for DSC Logistics. In 2008, they joined Allstate as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they were responsible for consulting on the functional and strategic initiatives of the Legal department. In 2015, they became the General Manager and Regional Human Resources Director for Equipment Depot, where they were responsible for overseeing 5 business units across 3 branches and 130 employees. In 2019, they became the Senior Human Resources Manager for Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., where they leveraged Lean tools Gemba, PDCA, and standard work to reduce attendance tracking errors. In 2021, they joined Proven Partners Group as the Human Resources Director, where they own all HR initiatives for a 400-employee manufacturing company.

Anthony DeAngelis, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale between 2000 and 2004. Anthony then went on to obtain an MBA in Global Business Management from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management between 2009 and 2012. Anthony has also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from both HRCI and SHRM.
