Catherine Barrow

Catherine Barrow has over 18 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Catherine began their career in 2002 as a Plant Engineer at HJ Heinz. In 2005, they moved to PepsiCo as a Senior Project Engineer. Catherine then joined Unilever in 2009 as a Supply Chain Manager - Customer Service and Logistics and then as a Supply Chain Innovation Manager. In 2014, they moved to Kraft Foods Group as a Senior Business Development Manager / EM. In 2015, they joined Greencore as an Account Director and then as a Senior Account Director. In 2019, they became the Vice President, Business Development at Hearthside Food Solutions and the Managing Partner at Medallion Strategies, LLC. In 2020, they joined creative werks, llc as Vice President, Growth Initiatives and Community Coffee as a Board Member. In 2021, they became the Vice President, Sales and Commercialization at Proven Partners Group.

Catherine Barrow received their Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. Catherine then went on to pursue their MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, graduating in 2005 with a focus in Econ, Finance, and Managing in Organizations. In 2014, they obtained an APICS Basic Planning certification from APICS.
