Jeff Shuman has worked in various roles in the engineering and maintenance industry since 1998. Jeff started their career as a Process Engineer at Archer Daniels Midland in 1998, and then moved on to Leprino Foods as a Plant Project Engineer in 1999. In 2006, they joined Intel Corporation as a Senior Facilities Engineer, where they managed the water and ultra-pure recycle teams. In 2007, they became the Interim Director of Engineering at Stonyfield Farm, where they managed the engineering and utilities departments, as well as the energy efficiency and green house reduction teams. In 2011, they joined Nestlé as an Engineering & Maintenance Manager and Project Engineer, where they led capital improvements for the factory utility systems. In 2014, they became the Vice President of Engineering at Mount Franklin Foods, where they led the engineering, maintenance, and continuous improvement departments. Finally, in 2020, they joined Proven Partners Group as the VP Engineering and Maintenance, where they developed maintenance strategies and executed capital projects and equipment life cycle plans.
Jeff Shuman attended New Mexico State University from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
