Michael Wang

Michael Wang is currently the General Counsel at PTI, where Michael also served as the Associate Counsel and held the position of General Counsel on an interim basis. Prior to their current role, Michael was the Assistant Vice President and Associate Counsel at LPL Financial. Michael has also worked as an Assistant General Counsel at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, a Commercial Counsel at Experian Data Quality, and a Compliance Analyst Officer at State Street Global Advisors. Michael's legal experience encompasses a wide range of areas including compliance, litigation, regulatory matters, and contract negotiation. Michael holds a Doctor of Law degree from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government; International Studies from Pepperdine University.
