Lori Copeland

Lori Copeland is an accomplished human resources leader currently serving as Chief People Officer at Provenir since November 2023. Previously, Lori held the position of Vice President, Global Human Resources at LGC from 2017 to 2023, where significant organizational growth was achieved, expanding the workforce from 450 to 2,000 employees internationally. With a diverse background, Lori has also served as Global HR Leader-Digital at Current, Global Human Resources Director at Pegasystems, Senior Regional Manager of Human Resources at Avnet, and Global HR Manager at Sapient. Lori holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management from the University of Florida and possesses multiple certifications, including Certified Executive Coach and Predictive Index Analyst.
