Jane Sterling

Jane Sterling has over 19 years of experience in the field of human resources. Jane is currently the Director of Human Resources at Provention Bio, where they are responsible for HR leadership and strategy for a virtual late clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. Prior to this, Jane worked at Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions as an Account Service Manager, providing HR expertise to clients in the Hudson Valley region. Jane also worked at Sterling Consulting as a Human Resources Leader specializing in talent management, where they provided coaching and development support to individuals and organizations. Jane's experience also includes roles at Progenics Pharmaceuticals as an Associate Director of Human Resources and Senior Manager of Training and Development, Shire Pharmaceuticals as a Human Resources Manager of Leadership Development, Physician's Dialysis Incorporated as a Senior Program Manager, and Productivity Point International as a Training Administration Manager. Jane has a strong background in performance management, training and development, and leadership development.

Jane Sterling earned their BA in English from Hartwick College, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Later, from 1988 to 1990, they pursued further education at Ithaca College and earned their MS degree in Corporate Education and Communication.
