Damien Holly

Damien Holly has extensive experience in supply chain and operations management. Damien is currently serving as the Chief Operations & Quality Officer at Provepharm Life Solutions. Prior to that, they worked at Novartis as the Head of Supply Chain for the Sandoz Division. Damien also held the position of Director of Global Supply Chain at Hexcel Corporation, Director of European Supply Chain and Technical Services at Mundipharma International, and had various roles at Pfizer, including Director of Global Supply Chain Processes and Director of EMEA Supply Chain. Damien began their career at Eli Lilly, where they served in roles related to third party manufacturing, science and technology, as well as Japan processes leadership.

Damien Holly earned an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, where they attended from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they studied at Ulster University from 1992 to 1996. Damien also obtained additional certifications, one being "Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience" from LinkedIn in 2019, and the other being the APICS CSCP certification from APICS.
