Doug Merritt

Doug Merritt is a seasoned design professional currently serving as a Staff Product Designer focused on Design Systems at Provi since June 2023. Previously, Doug held the role of Lead Product Designer at Sendoso, where responsibilities included major feature ownership, launching a new e-commerce experience, and improving campaign creation metrics. Doug has a robust background in design leadership, having served as Design Director at EY Design Studio, where design teams were led to align insights with business goals for healthcare and financial clients. Early career achievements include leading visual design and establishing design systems at Citizen, Inc., and contributing as a designer at various organizations. Doug holds a Certificate in Graphic Design from the Pacific Northwest College of Art and a BA in Psychology from Saint Michael's College.
