Melissa Davis is the Founder and CEO of Elev8 Hire Solutions, established in 2012, which specializes in helping small to mid-sized businesses across the United States attract and hire top technology talent. Elev8 originated in 2013 at Atlanta Tech Village, a leading tech incubator. In addition to leading Elev8, Melissa serves as an advisor for Provide Technologies Inc., a blockchain acceleration platform that streamlines blockchain development and deployment. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior IT Recruiter at Visionaire Partners, an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter at MATRIX Resources, and a Media Relations Specialist for the United States Army Central during the Iraq War at Crawford Communications. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with double minors in Business Administration and Public Relations from the University of Maine, and completed the Entrepreneurial Masters Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
