Katelyn Grimaldi Moura

Katelyn Grimaldi Moura is an experienced veterinary technician with a career spanning over a decade in animal healthcare. Currently employed at the Providence Animal Rescue League since 2008, Katelyn specializes in examining, vaccinating, and deworming animals upon intake, maintaining accurate medical records, dispensing medications, performing fecals, assisting with euthanasias, and supporting shelter veterinarians with examinations and surgery. Katelyn also coordinates the organization's foster care program. Previously, Katelyn worked at Northern Rhode Island Animal Hospital from 2014 to 2017, where responsibilities included gathering appointment notes, updating medical records, dispensing medications, scheduling appointments, and assisting veterinarians during exams. Katelyn holds a degree in Sports Entertainment Event Management from Johnson and Wales University and an associate's degree in Business Administration from Marion Court College.
