Ronnie Smith has extensive experience in both ministry and industrial environments. As a staff minister at Providence Baptist Church since September 2007, Ronnie focuses on community outreach, evangelism, and teaching new member orientation. Prior to this role, Ronnie spent over 25 years at Owens-Corning as a production foreman, where responsibilities included planning production schedules, supervising the workforce, and ensuring compliance with EPA environmental controls. Ronnie began a career in 1973 at Spiegel Catalog as an order filler, managing mail orders and processing shipments. Academically, Ronnie earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Christian Ministry and a Master's in Urban Ministry, both from Trinity International University, with degrees obtained between 2007 and 2015.
