Clarence Willms

Clarence Willms is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Providence Care. In this role, Clarence is responsible for all Human Resources functions for the organization including employee and labour relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, staff scheduling and payroll. In addition, Clarence is responsible for volunteer services, spiritual health and mission, leadership and talent development, occupational health safety and wellness and infection prevention and control.

Clarence has worked within healthcare human resources in the Kingston area since 2003, starting at Hotel Dieu Hospital and most recently at KHSC and Providence Care as the Joint Director of Employee and Labour Relations.

Clarence holds a Masters of Industrial Relations from Queen’s University and has participated on provincial committees with the Ontario Hospital Association.
